License
PocketDesq is a paid application. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices. You may not resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
Acceptable use
Only connect to computers you own or are authorized to access. PocketDesq is a tool for your own devices, not for gaining access to systems that aren't yours.
Updates
Updates are included with your purchase for the lifetime of the app. Features may change but we won't remove core functionality you depend on without notice.
Liability
PocketDesq is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
